РАБОТА С КАДРОВЫМ РЕЗЕРВОМ В ОАО «КУБАНЬЭНЕРГО»
Abstract
The article is dedicated to organization of a system for development of an energy provider’s candidates pool through the example of JSC Kubanenergo. The relevance of this area of focus is due to severe shortage of properly qualified specialists at the labor market, lack of field-specific professional development programs at industry educational institutions for “key” specialties.
