Ye. N. Arkhipova heads and directly participates in the implementation of an area that is of vital importance for today’s power engineering: development and implementation of software for computer simulators and training programs for the training of operational, maintenance and repair personnel of thermal, nuclear, hydraulic power plants and power grids of the Russian Federation and the former Soviet republics.

More than 100 projects have been developed and implemented under the supervision and with the direct active participation of Ye. N. Arkhipova.

Ye. N. Arkhipova  is the author of 112 published items and scientific papers, including 50 copyright certificates and patents of the USSR and the Russian Federation.

In 2014, she was awarded an Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, and in 2016 received the honorary title "Honored Power Engineer of the Russian Federation".
