Abstract
The safety issues of the nuclear power plants located in the territory of the Russian Federation are considered in the article. Statistical information is provided and immediate and root causes of violations in work of nuclear power plants are analysed. Bottlenecks in ensuring nuclear and radiation safety of objects of nuclear power are designated. The main unresolved questions connected with storage of spent nuclear fuel are specified. Information on emissions and dumpings of radioactive materials, and also degrees of fullness of storages of the solid and liquid radioactive waste which are at nuclear power plants is provided. Information on results of stress tests and a condition of a question of a conclusion from operation of power units of the nuclear power plants is provided.

Abstract
The problems of power engineering equipment safety are described at their design and production stages. The analysis is presented of the Federal Law «On Technical Regulation» and of the Customs Union technical regulations «On Machinery And Equipment Safety» in relation to the power engineering products in legal, technical and economic contexts. A turbine unit of turbine works manufacturing is considered to be an object of study.

Abstract
Constructive solutions to improve the reliability of air-gas systems of piston engines based on the research of mechanical characteristics of the gas flows are presented in the article. Found that crosswise of air-gas channels will reduce the overall level of the local heat transfer coefficient up to 30%. It is shown that the discharge from the inlet pipe of the engine with supercharging a certain part of the compressed air causes a reduction of the local heat transfer coefficient while maintaining the mass air flow. Use in the exhaust system of internal combustion engine effect ejection improves cylinder gas purification compared to traditional systems and reduces the intensity of the local heat transfer up to 20%.

The analysis of structure in systems of a shop electrical supply has been spent on the basis of 218 schemes. Th e obtained data was classified to constructive and operational signs as follows: 1) the information on type and quantity of the switching devices established on lines of a shop network; 2) the information about parameters of a network such as length, section, capacity and factor of loading of a line.

Abstract
The nomograms characterizing the relation of resistance of low-voltage switching devices and the additional resistance of the line caused by heating of the conductor to the size of the general resistance of the line of shop networks that allows to specify the size of equivalent resistance of a network are presented in article and, therefore, to lower an error of definition of losses of the electric power.

Abstract
This paper presents a technology of increasing of reliability, profitability and ecological safety of industrial solid fuel fired boiler installations. Changing liquid slag removal to dry ash removal, using of jet burners and nozzles in combination with optimization of aerodynamics of torch are proposed as a solution. Using boiler installation TPP-210A as an example, possible option of furnace retrofit is shown that will allow to solve several problems like later fuel ignition and high level of nitrogen oxides emission. The proposed technology will also allow to increase reliability of boiler operation firing coal, natural gas and fuel oil.

Abstract
Highly effective method of cooling of the intake air compressor is the use of lithium-bromide absorption chiller for cooling the intake air up to +10°C over the entire range of positive temperatures in the tubular air cooler Air Filtering and Conditioning System (AFCS). The pilot project of GTS with the cooling of the intake air compressor by the lithium-bromide absorption chiller is running now on CCGT-110 «LUKOIL-Astrakhanenergo».
