Abstract
The necessity of formation new regulatory, technical and legal bases in production activity of energy companies. Analysis of operational reliability of power facilities and accident’s differentiation by type of causes and type of equipment is innovation. It’s because last 5 years this information’s generalization wasn’t in public sectoral printing. The article leads readers to a conclusion about the necessity of development and implementation of common parameters in operational reliability.

Abstract
The use of fluorocarbon gases as the working fluids in the turbine cycle for converting of the thermal energy of the nuclear reactor into the electrical energy has a positive effect on the efficiency and safety of the nuclear power plant. The fluorocarbon gases stability under the influence of heat and ionizing radiation for use as the working fluids in the Second loop of NPP is confirmed by experiments.

Abstract
The phenomenon of stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of structural materials is studied. A Venn diagram is shown, on which the damage of structural alloys by process SCC is illustrated. The necessity of taking into account the impact of corrosive environment on the fault probability of elements’ NPP steam generators is shown. Found that the durability of metal equipment at the tensile stresses in contact with a corrosive environment is determined by the operating parameters, the rate of hydrogen absorption and the characteristics of technological heredity.

Abstract
As a result of experimental data of thermographic inspections the criterion of an assessment of technical condition of low-voltage switching devices as which resistance of contact connection acts is revealed. This criterion allows to specify the size of equivalent resistance of a network and, therefore, to lower an error of definition of losses of the electric power.

Abstract
The work shows the necessity for developing diagnostic system in order to find the causes of the increased oxygen content in condensate during operation of heat exchange apparatus. Our own methods for creation of diagnostic system are offered and described. Methods provides more efficient control over operation of condenser and essentially simplifies it maintence.

Abstract
In the Russian Federation diesel power stations (DPS) are widely used in order to generate electricity in remote areas without access to grid. DPSs efficiency is usually not higher than 40% while 60% of the heat is wasted. Recycling of DPSs’ waste heat has a great economic effect. This paper analysed efficiency of ORC module utilization for recovery of waste heat from diesel power stations of 200-5,000 kW capacity. The high efficiency of using ORC module for converting DPSs’ waste heat into electricity is assessed which is especially useful for remote areas of the Russian Federation where fuel is provided through the set of government measures called «Northern delivery». The impact of diesel fuel costs and electricity tariffs on the financial performance indicators is shown.
