Abstract
The article overlooks the main trends in application of biotechnology for the thermal energetics including the purification of water and combustion gases, remediation of petrochemically polluted sites and conversion of ash dumps. The main technological solutions in these fields are demonstrated. The introduction of these technological solutions is economically beneficial today, especially the use of combustion gases from TPP for the cultivation of phototrophic microorganisms and their further conversion into a wide range of products (pharmaceutical substances, biofuel, animal food).

Abstract
International standard in the field of management is ISO 55000 «Management of assets», made with International organization of standardization includes in itself principles a management of assets, targeted at an implementation of value. The value of the production asset as a class of management lets to manage process of an operation of the production asset. The essence of the standard ISO 55000 «Management of assets» and fields of his application were described in the article and also the value as base principle of the standard was described in it. The implementation of principle lets efficiently to implement a reproduction of the production assets of an energy company.

Abstract
The analysis of a number of technological violations and failures of the electrical power equipment in electronetwork economy, and also financings of the repair program on the example of a power engineering company in Volgograd region is carried out. The goal of the analysis is consisted in the detection of a functional dependence between the considered data and the definition of the approach to forecasting refusals. In the research work the methods of the regression analysis for definition of the curve which is the most precisely describing the relation between two parameters on the basis of the existing statistical data were used.

Abstract
The Federal Government of Germany initiated the energy turnaround with the German energy concept in 2010. The German energy and climate targets aim at a significant reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. It is planned to reduce 80% of greenhouse gas emission until 2050 (compared to the year 1990). To reach these aims the energy efficiency and the use of renewable energies have to rise. Meanwhile the intermediate goals were identified, the targets for achieving a certain level of share of renewable energy in power generation and other final energy (gross) for 2020, 2030 and 2050 were set. The Same goals were identified to reduce the consumption of primary and final energy resources, and power consumption. The first steps are already successful. Therefore 25 % of the electrical energy was produced by renewable energy in 2014. Furthermore the final energy consumption per passenger kilometer in the transport sector decreased by approximately 35 % between 1990 and 2013. Also a decoupling between economic growth and energy consumption is recognized.

Abstract
Analysis of the history, current state and prospects of development of bilateral cooperation between Russia and India in the field of nuclear energy. Identification of the existing problems and challenges for the further positive development of bilateral relations of the countries. Description of five types of problems - political, economic, legal, social and technological. The recommendations on how to overcome these problems and challenges at the level of Russian and Indian leaders, as well as at the level of companies participating in the nuclear energy market.

Abstract
New experimental data about density of octafluorocyclobutane in the range of temperatures of 180 - 450°C and pressure to 10.3 MPa are obtained in two series of experiments. The error of experimental data is estimated not worse than 0.2%. The beginning of process of polymerization of the studied substance was noticed at a temperature of 470°C and pressure of 10 MPa. Experimental data are described by the polynomial equation of 5th degree. Results of calculation are presented in the form of tables. The standard deviation between experimental and equation data is less than 0.43%.

Abstract
For the purpose of investigation of TP-14A boiler installation at Kumertau TTP retrofit capability for off -design coal of rank B1 of Tulgan field combustion, numerical modeling of combustion in boiler's furnace has been carried out. Based on modeling results a variant of boiler modernization has been developed which assumes minimal retrofit of furnace and coal-pulverization system. Numerical modeling of proposed variant has shown capability of stable low-energy high- moisture subbituminous coals combustion in principle without co-combustion of reactive fuel with acceptable efficiency and low nitrogen oxides emission.

Abstract
The energy renovation of a school complex is exemplifi es shown and the possibilities and potential for energy retrofitting of listed buildings are demonstrated. The potential energy savings of individual and constructional actions are considered as well as the overall energy efficiency of the school building, taking into account the modern building technology and requirements of preservation of monuments.

Abstract
Numerical investigations of free-convection heat transfer of horizontal cylinders, one above the other are carried out. It is shown that the intensity of heat transfer of the upper cylinders depends on the distance above the bottom. This can lead to an intensification of cooling or overheating of the top cylinders that must be considered in the design and operation of cable facilities, steam and hot water tubes laid in tunnels and coil radiators installed in industrial premises.

Abstract
Consideration theory turbulent migration of particles in gases and its application for the calculation of the efficiency of separation of liquid aerosol particles in regular and chaotic nozzles and mesh demister. It uses an approach taking into account the reverse flow mixing using fictitious numbers of transfer units, the value of which depends on the Peclet number (reverse mixing ratio). The influence of back mixing and droplet size on the efficiency of the separation of aerosols and compared with experimental data.

Abstract
Investigation of the characteristics of internal partial discharge (PD) in models of high-voltage XLPE cable with artifi cial defects was conducted. Impact test voltage different forms and frequencies on the integral characteristics of the internal PD was established. This can be used to make recommendations for the non-destructive diagnostic tests of high-voltage XLPE cable insulation.

Abstract
The work shows the need for measures to improve the de-aeration of the main condensate in steam turbine condensers. Presents the analysis of the impact of major regime factors on oxygen content in the condensate on the example of turbine condenser T-110 / 120-130. The mathematical model for calculating key performance indicators of the capacitor, including oxygen content of the main condensate are offered and described. Shows the experimental data, which confi rm produced theoretical studies.
