Abstract

he Article reflects main organizational issues related to strengthening of cooperation among Russian organisations and International Energy Agency. The Article contains main forms and basic directions of cooperation in the field of implementing projects on energy efficiency improvement. Cooperation mechanisms and tools are analysed in the Article. Also it contains consolidated experience of collaborative events conducted by Minobrnauka of Russia, which were devoted to such topical issues as energy technical technologies development, including «Roadmaps», «Energy Efficiency Indicators in the Housing and Public Utilities», «Energy Efficiency in Engineering Systems of Buildings and Constructions».
