ПРОБЛЕМЫ НОРМАТИВНО-ТЕХНИЧЕСКОГО РЕГУЛИРОВАНИЯ В ЭЛЕКТРОЭНЕРГЕТИКЕ
Abstract
The necessity of formation new regulatory, technical and legal bases in production activity of energy companies. Analysis of operational reliability of power facilities and accident’s differentiation by type of causes and type of equipment is innovation. It’s because last 5 years this information’s generalization wasn’t in public sectoral printing. The article leads readers to a conclusion about the necessity of development and implementation of common parameters in operational reliability.
