Разработка критериев эксплуатационной надежности для металла литых рабочих и направляющих лопаток из сплава IN 792 для газотурбинных установок

Abstract

The results of examining conditions of the metal in cast rotor/guide blades made of IN 792 nickel-based alloy used in modern power-generating gas turbine units have been given. Also, impacts on the microtexture and mechanical properties of the blade metal caused by short-time overheating and extended high-temperature fatigue have been evaluated. The reliability criteria allowing for assessing the blade serviceability during scheduled repairs have been developed.
