Состояние и развитие электроэнергетики в России до 2020 года

Abstract

Energy efficiency indices of Russia have been compared to those of other countries. Technical condition of the Russian power industry has been reviewed. The cost of electricity in Russia and abroad has been specified. The actual electrical power demand has been evaluated taking into account energy saving programs and the increase in installed capacity utilization factor for existing electric power stations. Specific proposals aimed at the improvement of the power generation capacities built in Russia have been put forward.
