Psychogram as a basis for the creation of the School of Chiefs and Masters of Electrical Network Areas
Abstract
The article considers a professional approach to studies of psychological qualities necessary for professional activities of managers and foremen of district electrical networks. It discovers some important qualities related to key functions of both positions and creates psychological portraits of successful personnel. The article lists certain problems and issues to be resolved by means of the above approach.
