Abstract
Analysis of the history, current state and prospects of development of bilateral cooperation between Russia and India in the field of nuclear energy. Identification of the existing problems and challenges for the further positive development of bilateral relations of the countries. Description of five types of problems - political, economic, legal, social and technological. The recommendations on how to overcome these problems and challenges at the level of Russian and Indian leaders, as well as at the level of companies participating in the nuclear energy market.
