Abstract

The basic criteria of the best available technologies in accordance with the RF legislation are presented. The current situation relating to development of personnel from power enterprises and industries is described. The main reasons for non-compliance of staff with state-of-the-art requirements in the energy sector in general and in the field of environmental technologies in particular are indicated. The main approaches to solve the problem of lack of qualified personnel from power enterprises and industries are outlined.
