Анализируются основные сложности функционирования генерации на ВИЭ в существующей энергосистеме ЕС, а также перспективы альтернативной генерации на формирующемся едином электроэнергетическом рынке. Рассматриваются основные принципы реформирования электроэнергетики ЕС, структура генерирующих мощностей ЕС по видам топлива, условия для привлечения инвестиций в ВИЭ и специфика работы альтернативной генерации.

The article analyzes the main difficulties in the operation of renewable energy generation in the existing energy system of the EU, as well as the prospects for alternative generation in the emerging single electricity market. It discusses the basic principles of EU electricity reform, the structure of generating capacity in the EU by fuel type, the conditions for attracting investments in RES and the specifics of alternative energy generation.
